We have recently changed our name from Student Grasshoppers Inc. to The Grasshoppers . We made this change to better reflect the services we offer our current and future customers. Our business started in 1995 from the basement of a one bedroom apartment. In 2006-2007 we have permanent and part-time staff of up to 15, a fleet of 9 vehicles and trailers and will add our 11,000th customer name to our data base. LET IT BE YOU!! Since 1995 we, at The Grasshoppers, have been servicing the Greater Toronto Area providing lawn maintenance, landscaping and snow removal services to over 1,000 customers annually. Our customer base varies from residential to small commercial as well as rental properties, apartment buildings, townhouse and condominium complexes. Whether you, as a homeowner, are in need of a one-time grasscut or your office is in need of a major seasonal clean-up, The Grasshoppers is available to perform the work for you. Our aim at The Grasshoppers is to provide you, the customer, with timely and quality service at a competitive price. We want your experience with The Grasshoppers to be the most positive possible. From our fully computerised custom scheduling and billing system, to our specialised fleet of vehicles and equipment, to our follow-up quality control field supervisor we take your business seriously. Our work is always guaranteed and we demand your satisfaction at whatever the cost. By entrusting us with your business you are investing in a company that will work with you to build a long-term relationship. As a supporter of youth programs The Grasshoppers tries as much as possible to enlist the help of students and young people to perform many of the services that we provide. Of course, our full time field staff handles all hiring, training, supervision, quality control and provision of specialised services. Our fully staffed office is always available to answer your questions or to provide you with free estimates for the work you need done. When you decide to get your work done, the process with The Grasshoppers starts with an email, fax or telephone request for an estimate. Most estimates for grass cutting or snow removal services can be given via email, fax or over the telephone immediately. More in depth or detailed work may require a visit to your property from one of our sales people. All estimates are written and either emailed, faxed or mailed to the customer as requested. A simple phone call completes the process when you are ready to proceed with the work. Every estimate is kept on file for 30 days, so if you decide to start the work at a later date, the whole process does not need to be repeated. Yours truly,  and
